Mona and Lisa was found by Aunty Kiew at OUG market ( or is it OKR market ? There’s new rescues every week that we sometimes lost track of where they’re from)…

~MOna & Lisa when they just arrived at the shed. As with all new pups rescued, they’re put outside the shelter first. We have Bruno the loyal guardian to watch over them :D ~

 

 

This is Lisa. SHe has dotty left front paw. That’s how we tell them apart initially “D

 

 

 

 

ANd this is Mona. She has white left front paw. Later when she is older, she would have standing ears :D

 

To those of you who were at the Tesco Kepong adoption drive last week, you’ll remember them as the 2 pups that share a play pen with the lovely Jolin =)

Tempo’s big pile of poop >_<

This cute little “compact” pup is Tempo.

He is approximately 2 months old and is desperately seeking home.

He might be petite but he’s packing lots of muscle.. Tempo is definitely heavier than he look :D

It’s the second day of Petster adoption drive at Tesco Kepong for Paws Mission, and Tempo was extremely quiet and still during the car drive to Tesco.. We thought he is not feeling well.

Some of us arrived earlier to set up the play pen … and lucky we did! Coz the minute Tempo was put down into the playpen… this is what he did…. :D

All of us watched in awe as he did his business… and this goes on for a few minutes… and it seems like forever before he’s finally done :D No wonder he’s so quiet in the car… he’s been holding on his “gold nuggets” throughout the drive >_<

Tempo’s back to his usual self after that =)

The sleeping beauty that got adopted

We are certainly not exaggerating when we call her a sleeping beauty >_<

Throughout the Petster adoption drive at Tesco Kepong on Sunday, this sleeping beauty slept through the whole day.. well… almost…

~ even her sibling can’t wake her up.. she managed to sleep through almost anything..  ~

~ after getting tired of sleeping on newspaper, she “used” Tempo as her pillow :D Poor Tempo, all squished out ~

~ SHe finally wake up grumpily to eat :D Tempo is such a fabulous and considerate dog for waiting for the pups to finish eating first before digging into the bowl of kibbles ~

 

 

 

~ Enough is enough, you can’t let your siblings wag their tail off while you sleep the day away.. go charm some kids :D ~

Double happiness in a day!

Both Bak Kut Teh & Guinness have been adopted.. together! OUr sincerest thanks to the Tan family for giving both of them a home they so deserved.

Usually adult dogs are harder to get adopted as most people would want to raise their pet from young, and some are more attracted to the fluffy and adorable little pups.. Therefore we’re truly overjoyed and grateful that the Tan family are willing to adopt both Guinness and Bak Kut Teh =)

Each of them get their own spacious bedroom! Wowww.. the furrizens in the shelter would be so jealous :D

And lots of space to run and play too..

Merry’s Update (Part 2)

Ai Ney and Friend  have received enough contributions to cover Merry's surgery cost.
Hence, we will stop taking in anymore contributions. She thanks to all who have contributed. 
And she  will keep everyone posted on Merry's progress. 
Merry should be discharged from the vet this weekend.

Abandoned/Missing dog found in Bandar Kinrara

I found a dog this evening (18/4/2011) wandering around in my neighbourhood ( Bandar Kinrara 4, Puchong). It might be a stray, or maybe somebody's pet who happen to lost his way home ( or worse still, being abandoned). Anyway, can I have his photo posted in your blog?? So that his owner ( if he has one) or kind soul out there who can give him a home will come and take him home.

Btw, I've named him Alex for the moment ( after my previous dog).

Gender: Male

Coat: Short

Size: Medium

Age: not too sure, but still at puppy stage

Location: Currently in my house, Bandar Kinrara 4.

Personality: Not friendly towards other dog. Submissive type, but once you get to know him, he's quite manja.

Jolin in the house

No no, not Jolin Tsai.. this Jolin is way more adorable and cute >_<

Jolin had a blast during the Petster’s 100 days 100 pet adoption drive at Tesco Kepong. Although she didn’t get adopted, she was doted upon and received lots of love from everyone.

~ MY’s lovely niece that absolutely love dogs ~

~ Mona/Lisa ain’t too happy that Jolin gets more Geeta’s hug time than her :D ~

~ treats & hugs, can’t ask for more.. except for a home ~

 

And we also took the opportunity to teach her the ‘sit’ command. And what a proud moment it was for everyone to see her sitting on command! Good girl, Jolin! Thanks to all the lovely ladies for the wonderful lesson =)
