A chinese man carry a box to SPCA Selangor this evening. I am shock seeing the puppy inside the box with more than 50% of its skin burn by hot water. The vet of SPCA recomend ‘to put to sleep’ due to not only difficult to cure, the chances is very, treatment need long duration with high treatment fees. Furthermore, it might make the puppy more suffer. Put the puppy to sleep might one of the solutions to make it release from suffer. Chong, the man found the puppy.
The Chinese man (Chong) told me he found this puppy near a restaurant at Wangsa Permai, Kepong yesterday, and he suspected this puppy belongs to people from JLN Wangsa 2/5 or 2/6. The puppy is wearing a yellow collar.
Deciding whether to rescue of put the puppy sleep make Chong difficult. Seeing such a cute puppy life fall to his hand, this decision will make a big change to the puppy. At last, Chong decide to make a try to treat the puppy, he sent it to a clinic, at Ampang Jaya.
