Overpopulation of dogs and cats in Malaysia
It is estimated that about more than 100,000 healthy pets are euthanized annually because there just aren't enough room at the shelters and they simply have no where else to go. In United states alone, 3 to 4 million pets are put to sleep at shelters yearly due to the same problem.
The only solution to curb and control this issue is only by spaying and neutering. Many regard spaying and neutering to be inhumane from the religious point of view or simply some may think it is just not important to spay/neuter their pets.
Spaying and neutering can avoid unwanted pregnancies, births and untold suffering on the streets. it can also lessen the chances of pets having breast cancer and testicular or prostate cancer. This is the only solution to keep the number of cats and dogs from getting out of hand.
The following image will be able to give a better view of the consequences of not spaying your pets.
Spaying/neutering is not inhumane. euthanasia and dumping pets on to streets are inhumane. Spay/neuter your pets today and help control the issue of overpopulation once and for all.
