Sweet Melody was a sickly pup when she was first took in by Mrs Lai with the help of her rescuer Ming Yuet, who has now became our dedicated volunteer in the shed.
Due to her extreme poor condition, we were of the view that it was not suitable to leave her in the shed, so, Richard, our another dedicated volunteer who spare his time daily in the shed, offered to take her home to give her the special attention that she needed.
After several weeks of intensive care by Richard, Melody is now in her pinkest of health. We volunteers have not seen Melody prior to this too coz she was “secretly” kept by Richard in his house until Richard decided that it is time to let her meet the world!! :)
According to Richard, Melody has undergone intensive therapy and was on 7 different medications, but has gained a lot of weight & colour (1/2 kg in less than a week), and is very active.
So now it is time to show her to the world......
Melody, female, is around 3 months old.
She is up for adoption!!
